he international shoe Museum of Romans
 Located
in the old "Visitation Convent", built step
by step from the 12th to the 19th century, it shows
a world-wide History of the Shoe, from the Pharaonic
Egypt sandal to the contemporary shoes. The ancient
"Visitandines'" cells make right cases for
the different parts of the show called "The Shoe,
a witness of civilisation and Art Object."

The Ideal Palace of the postman "Cheval"
 THE
IDEAL PALACE OF THE POSTMAN "CHEVAL" is the
materialised dream of a postman called "Ferdinand
CHEVAL" (1836 - 1924) who carried stones for 33
years after his daily mail round in order to build a
world single Work which is recognised nowadays as an
artistic master work, listed with a preservation order
on it in 1969.

The silk workshop-Museum
 The
Museum is located in an ancient silk farm. Mill and
silk shredding (1100 square meters) silkworms breeding,
cotton unwinding, still working machines and weaving
looms, silk and ancient means of making techniques.
A living patrimony. Commented visit. Diaporama in show-room,
multi-languages self leading machine in French, English,
German and Dutch.

The provençal miniature village
THE PROVENCAL MINIATURE VILLAGE called
"La Tuilière" at "Grignan"
stretches upon 400 square meters with more than 70 different
houses (scale 1 for 6) and more than 600 dressed up
"santons" (30 cm). Some of them are animated
and for most rare pieces. More than 300 animals, shops,
restaurant.

The Crocodiles Farm
 "la
Ferme aux Crocodiles" is a site unique in Europe.
500 crocodiles can be seen moving about in a gigantic
tropical greenhouse of 6,500m2 designed especially for
them and for your own pleasure. You will be able to
photograph and film them as if you were taking part
in an unforgettable safari.
